As a dietitian with a culinary background, my career has led me on a path through all things food-related. I graduated from the Stratford Chefs School, then worked in professional restaurant kitchens. I went on to earn my Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Foods and Nutrition from Western University. I completed an accredited dietetic internship, and am now a Registered Dietitian practicing in Public Health.
As former Associate Food Editor at Chatelaine magazine, and contributing food specialist at Canadian Living magazine, I honed my skills as a talented recipe developer and writer.
